Credit Card Payment
You can order securely online on our website with your MasterCard, Visa Card, AMEX or Discovery Card using NetworkOnline. Once you go through the checkout process you will be automatically redirected to the NetworkOnline payment gateway where you can add in your details, safely and securely.
Network International LLC. is the exclusive authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Db Babies.
Please note Db Babies does not receive any credit card details. It is all securely taken by NetworkOnline.
We also offer our clients the option to pay by cash. If it is a gift we can collect the money from you before delivering to the recipient.
Cash payment is free of charge. You simply pay our driver or the courier upon delivery of the goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Db Babies, we will happily accept a return or exchange on items that have not been worn, altered or damaged and must be accompanied with all tags & packaging within 7 days of purchase.

The refund or exchange can only be applied after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In most cases, a refund will be given on a returned item, however items that were on sale or are not in stock any more cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts can be exchanged for other items to the same current value when the exchange is made.
Db Babies offers delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
– For Express Delivery, orders need to be placed before 3 PM.
– We make deliveries on Friday to only Dubai and Abu Dhabi (within the main city limits).
– We do not make any deliveries on Friday in Oman.
– Occasionally the courier company will say that an address is in an ‘out of service area’ and may or may not be able to deliver that address. For when the courier company can deliver to an ‘out of service’ area we will inform you of the extra delivery charge that they will apply. However for Dubai and Abu Dhabi we use our own delivery drivers when possible.
– If you have ordered items to be personalised, please double check the details on that specific product as some items take up to 1 week. Most items for embroidery however can be done within the normal delivery time frame and we will always do our best to prepare items as quickly as possible.
– Delivery time of items to Oman is variable depending on the availability of the product in our Oman boutique. Allow 1 to 10 days for delivery. Once your order is received, our customer service team will contact you to confirm delivery date for your order. Express Delivery in Oman is subject to product availability.
