As surprising as it sounds, the combination of bananas, fish and potatoes is a perfect mix of consistencies and flavours for your tot.

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 20 mins


You will need:

  • 1 potato
  • 25g sole or halibut
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp cooking water or milk


  1. Peel and cut the potato into pieces. Steam on a 20 min cycle.
  2. After 15 mins, add the fish and the banana (peeled and cut into 4) to the second basket.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix with the liquid then serve.

Artichoke has a delicate flavour that’s easily appreciated by babies.


Prep time: 20 mins

Cook time: 55 mins


You will need:

  • 1 artichoke
  • 2 white button mushrooms
  • ½ slice cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • pinch of tarragon, parsley or chervil
  • splash of water


  1. Wash and steam cook the artichokes for 45 minutes – this will take about 2 cycles. With large artichokes, use the full capacity of the steamer basket by placing one basket on top of the other.
  2. When the artichoke is soft, remove all of the leaves and the choke. Cut the heart into strips and set aside.
  3. Quickly wash the mushrooms and dry them. Steam cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Wash the fresh herbs and keep the leaves.
  5. Put the mushrooms, tomato, turkey, fresh herbs, cream cheese and artichoke slices into the blender. Mix, adding a small amount of cooking water if needed before serving.

Cook time: 20 mins


You will need (for 8 small ramekins):

  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 50ml single cream
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ courgette


  1. Break 1 whole egg into the blender. Separate the yolk and white of the second egg and add the yolk into the blender. Mix together with the milk and cream.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely dice the courgette. Place some diced courgette on the bottom of the ramekin. Place 2 half cherry tomatoes on top.
  3. Pour the mixture of eggs, cream and milk into the ramekins.
  4. Cover each ramekin with cling film or a small lid. Place in the 2 steamer baskets. Cook for 20 mins then serve.

Offer your little one all the pleasure of yummy chips, with a healthy homemade twist.


You will need:

  • 700g of potatoes
  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • pinch of mixed herbs


  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into regular-sized chips around 1cm long. Rinse them to remove any starch residue then dry.
  2. Put them in the first basket and cook for 15 mins.
  3. Once cooked, let the chips brown for 15 mins over a low heat in the oil and butter mix. They can be cooked in small amounts in a frying pan or larger amounts in the oven.

Top tip! You can make ‘chips’ from carrots, parsnip and pumpkin slices too!
